DEITY Handlebars, Stems, Grips, Pedals, Saddles, Seatposts, Clamps, Headset Caps, and Valve Caps are covered by our Limited 1 Year Warranty to the original owner. This warranty covers Manufacturers Defects only and is valid while supplies last and the product is still manufactured by DEITY. The warranty is only applicable to the original owner, so hold onto your receipt! We take pride in our products, our customers, and this is one of the key reasons why we offer one of the best Warranty and Crash Replacement Policies in this industry.
The Limited 1 Year Warranty only cover Manufacturers Defects and DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear or product failure, cracking, breaking, damage, or loss caused by misuse, crashes, abuse, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, riding beyond your limitations, or not meeting the criteria of a Manufacturers Defect.
Any product that has been modified, re-painted, bought used, or does not have the original receipt of purchase, will not be covered under warranty...no exceptions!
In no event shall DEITY, LLC or its affiliates be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Progression is bound to lead to crashes or simply pushing your bike past it's limitations. We believe in standing behind you, our products, and the money you have invested in your purchase. With the DEITY Crash Replacement Plan, any dented, bent, cracked, or damaged product that is caused due to excessive bails, improper use, crashes, hard impacts, rider abuse, or does not meet our criteria for being a Manufacturers Defect receives 50% OFF a replacement of the same product or 50% value of the damaged product to upgrade to current product if your gear is out dated and has been discontinued to the original owner only (must have a receipt or proof of purchase). Valid for the lifetime from the date of purchase, the DEITY Crash Replacement Policy covers the full line of DEITY products which include: Stems, Handlebars, Grips, End Caps, Pedals, Seats, Posts, Clamps, and even Valve Caps (the DEITY Crash Replacement Plan does NOT cover normal wear and tear)!
We must receive any Warranty or Crash Replacement product prior to shipping a replacement and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. To redeem a Warranty or Crash Replacement, please contact us at 208-466-2221 or via email, so we can get your bike back up and running as soon as possible. Our goal is get you back on your bike!

We will gladly return any item as long as it was purchased directly from DEITY within 60 days, brand new, uninstalled, with no signs of attempted installation, and still in the original packaging.
Every DEITY order includes a DEITY Return form that has all the information, instructions, and address you’ll need to get your return sent in for a refund.
Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment within 4 to 6 days of arriving at our warehouse.
