With the great Amanda Palmer on her acclaimed global tour that is set to hit Portland on December 12th, we could not think of a better time to pay tribute to her first solo record, Who Killed Amanda Palmer.  We cannot speak highly enough about Amanda's new album as her raw intensity, creativity, and love for her art is evident in anything she does or touches. When Aaron Lutze contacted us about the Flips 4 Life campaign, we did not hesitate to get on board as a co-sponsor. A husband, father, career professional, industry spokesperson, and one of the most amazing people we know, Lars Tribus still manages to kick people's ass every weekend with his sheer talent on two wheels. Capturing a second place at this years Masters World Championship, Lars has always been a pure privateer who in the end, has more talent for speed than most full fledged factory sponsored pros. With a busy schedule that takes up 90% of his time off the bike, Lars spends the remaining 10% embarrassing people in the gates!

Injured wrists, torn knees, and more did not get Cameron Zink down on the off season. In fact, he came back stronger than ever for 2008 and as always, showcased that pain cannot affect him. With a strong showing at both Crankworx events and the Bearclaw Invitational, Cameron continues to hit massive lines and dominate the opposition. It is incredible to see Cameron inspire so many riders with his skill, style, determination, and composure, but it is his focus behind the curtain that is a testament to his strength! 

Emily Johnston has been busy in 08 as not only a voice for women in our industry, but also someone who is not afraid of dropping in with the boys. Tyler at Pink Bike recently did a bike check and video interview that sheds light on her rig, who she is, her plans for the future, and her infectious personality. What can be said about Adam...? He is easily one of the most talented riders out there, his ability is deeper than anyone we know, his future has only begun, and he is currently winning almost every competition he enters in! With a first place in both the Speed Trials and Slopestyle events at the Teva Games, Adam is riding a whirlwind of podium finishes in 2008 and he is not planning on letting up. Currently filming for multiple projects, Adam can be found riding every day as he establishes a deeper bag of tricks and continues to push himself beyond the unknown.

Recently picked up by Santa Cruz and riding a full deity kit, Logan Peat has been traveling Stateside as he visits state by state to get a glimpse of what USA dirt has to offer. Based in Canada, Logan's effortless tailwhips and style have made him a favorite amongst locals and someone to keep an eye on. Congratulations to deity's Nate Adams who is a proud Dad of a baby girl! It is insane to see Nate's life constantly shifting every year and we are so happy to be a part of his journey. Do not be surprised to see baby Scarlett at upcoming comps as Nate and fiancee Erika will be there to introduce Scarlett to two wheels and see her Dad in action.
